Our Facilities

We are open 24/7! The car wash lot and the self-serve bays are well lit at night so our customers can wash any time. We only close the wash on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. We also occasionally have to close during sustained sub-zero temperatures in the winter to protect our equipment and plumbing.

Most locations have self-serve bays with a clearance of 14 feet and can fit oversized vehicles including RVs, semis, boats, trailers, etc. For questions about a specific location’s clearance, please visit that location’s page on our website listed under the main menu “Locations”.

Yes! Our vacuums are free and available for use 24/7.

All our locations are staffed every day! Staff are on-site between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm in the winter and between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm in the summer.

The extra “charge” you see on your account is not a charge and should still be pending. Your bank authorizes your card when you swipe it in a self-serve bay to ensure you have enough funds in your account. This should only pend on your account for 24-48 hours. You can view more information HERE.

Our touchless automatic car wash uses high pressure to wash your vehicle, no part of the equipment touches the surface of the vehicle, only high-pressure water and chemicals are used. The soft-touch automatic wash uses closed cell foam rollers that gently touch the surface of your vehicle to clean with friction.

No! Our soft-touch car wash uses closed-cell foam, not cloth brushes. Closed-cell foam does not absorb any liquid or dirt, so your vehicle is safe from scratches.
Membership

You can easily sign up for the monthly membership by downloading the EverWash app onto your phone. Once you have the app downloaded you just create an account, find the nearest Rocky Mountain Car Wash location to you, and select your wash plan. The monthly membership allows users to wash their car once a day, every day!

The membership is administered through an app called EverWash. Members can only use the membership if they download the app on their phone and pay with a credit card through the app.

To cancel your membership, visit the Memberships Screen and click on 'View Membership Details' button. You can click the 'Cancel membership' button to cancel your membership. If you change your mind, you can reactivate your membership at any time from the Memberships screen using the 'Reactivate membership plan' button.

Sure! You can put your membership on hold by visiting the Memberships Screen and clicking on the 'View Membership Details' button. From there, click on 'Freeze membership plan' and select the date you wish to unfreeze your membership. You can freeze for up to six months at a time. If you require assistance freezing your membership, contact customer support via email (support@everwash.com) or phone (215-618-8808).

The membership is per vehicle however you can add additional vehicles to your account. When you add a second or more vehicles to your account, you receive an additional 25% off each vehicle!
